Davis Canal is a deep water channel that splits Qak Island southeast to northwest opening into the intercoastal waterway a short mile from Lockwoods Folly Inlet. Home owners on the Canel have deep water access to intracoastal waterway and the ocean. Great Blue Herons, Pelicans, Ibis, Egrets are in the back yard every day. Flounder, Trout, Red Drum and many other fish are caught in the canel year round.return to main menu |
